The role of Clerk of Works on site is to ensure that the client achieves a quality building and will take an active role in communicating quality to everyone on site during the construction process. With large scale projects Hardies provide Clerk of Works Services from the commencement of works on site to the end of the defects liability period. We also carry out single defects inspections for latent or hidden defects or pre-occupation inspections if required.
