Hardies Property & Construction Consultants, Scotland’s largest multi-disciplinary surveying firm, has extended its reach in Tayside and Fife.
The Edinburgh-based firm has formed a new northern division, consisting of the Hardies offices in Perth and Aberdeen and sister company WJR Christie in Dundee.
It is carrying out quantity surveying for Dundee High School’s new Centre for Excellence in Performing and Visual Arts being created in the city’s former main post office.
It has been added to the supplier framework for NHS Tayside and is working on the new golf equipment testing centre for the R&A at Kingsbarns.
Hardies recently completed projects in St Andrews – one for the Links Trust and one at St Andrews Harbour.
It is also completing projects at Abertay University in a programme that began in 2008.
Darron McKay, the Christies’ partner heading the new northern division, said: “I look forward to being part of driving the company forward strategically. We have a very strong, positive and forward thinking team.”
The company has 14 offices throughout Scotland.
