Surveying and property consultancy Hardies is targeting a doubling of turnover from its Aberdeen and Glasgow operations after revealing a combined £1 million from the two offices in the current year.
The Edinburgh-head-quartered firm, which operates from 14 locations, is now two years into a five year masterplan to push further west and north.
Since setting up shop in Glasgow at Hillington Innovation Centre, the office there has expanded to employ ten people. Turnover of about £450,000 is projected to “easily double” next year.
The Aberdeen office has been bolstered by an appointment to Aberdeenshire Council’s framework for building surveying services. That deal is expected to help turnover increase to more than £1m in the coming year.
Derek Ferrier, managing partner, said: “We are delighted with the way these two important offices are performing for us.”Back to News
