Staff jump at chance to help charity

Christmas jumpers are often worn with sufferance but workers at one St Andrews office were happy to don the cheery – and cheesy – knitwear in aid of a good cause.  Property and construction consultants Hardies had a Christmas jumper day throughout all 14 offices, with each member of staff paying more to wear their seasonal jersey.  The £125 raised was used to buy toys to donate to the Salvation Army Christmas Present Appeal, a cause the company has supported over the last five years.  Pictured are the St Andrews staff with a selection of the gifts bought.  From left, Gary Ovenstone, Katy Goldsmith, Christine Dunbar, Gillian Marshall and Steven Brand.
