Building Information Modelling (BIM) is set to transform the construction industry, according to Fife-based Hardies Property & Construction Consultants.
The technology, which involves generating and managing digital representations of the physical and functional characteristics of buildings, is part of an industry-wide digital revolution, says managing partner Derek Ferrier.
