Principal Designer

Principal Designers assist and advise the Client on the health and safety aspects of the construction of building projects and the maintenance of buildings, a role which has become mandatory since the introduction of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994 (CDM), then replaced by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 and replaced in April 2015 by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
