Accountants Office, Dunfermline

Hardies were commissioned to provide the above services on the construction of a new build 9500 sq/ft office building in Carnegie Campus Business Park, Dunfermline.

The project brief was to provide a bespoke office building of Head Quarter standard which architecturally stood out from surrounding buildings containing a high corporate image.

The office was designed to create flexible open plan areas for core areas of the business. The Reception, Board and Meeting Rooms, Partners Rooms and Featured Staircase were specified to a high standard.

The design of the office allows for a separate standalone office, which could be rented out in the short to medium term. Thus allowing for future expansion of the practice.

The building was completed on time with a Final Account value below the accepted tender amount.
