Artemis Office Refurbishment

Hardies were engaged by Artemis Investment Management LLP to provide quantity surveying services for their office relocation project in the heart of Edinburgh’s West End.

The project was the high specification fit out of an office shell on the 6th floor of Exchange Plaza. Works included upgrading existing and new mechanical and electrical services to suit the layout, open plan office space, kitchens, showers, break-out areas, meeting rooms and director’s offices.

Services provided were cost estimates, bills of quantities, contractor selection, tender issue, review, and reporting; value engineering, post-contract valuations, variation negotiation, valuations and settling of the final account.
