Hardies were appointed by Borr to provide pre-lease advice on a number of properties and thereafter produce a Schedule of Condition of the property prior to occupation. Hardies were then retained to organise a full design team and project manage an internal fit-out of the property and co-ordinate furniture procurement, installation & move management. Hardies also acted for Borr Drilling in regard to their dilapidations liability at their previous office.
