Bar & Restaurant at Caird Hall, Dundee

Hardies undertook Quantity Surveying Services on the refurbishment of the bar and restaurant area in the lower level of the Caird Hall, Dundee, which overlooks Slessor Gardens and the V&A.

The fit out comprised of the installation of a new hi-tech 20 tap bar, serving locally brewed ales together with a wine display cellar, 70 seat restaurant and private dining space for more intimate celebrations.

The fully equipped kitchen serves locally sourced Scottish food and their enclosed external area with large south facing windows gives ample space for all customers.
