Hardies were commissioned to provide Employers Agent services on the construction of a new build office over two floors 6,000sq/ft in Carnegie Campus business park, Dunfermline.

The brief was to provide a high quality flexible open plan office.

The design of the office allows for a separate standalone office, which could be rented out in the short to medium term. Thus allowing for future expansion of the practice.

The building was completed on time with a Final Account value below the accepted tender amount.
