Cairn Lodge – Phase 1

Hardies (formerly Allan & Hanel) were employed to provide Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services for phase 1 of the refurbishment of the service station facilities. The works included foyer rationalisation, toilet reconfiguration including a changing places facility, modernised retail space, external canopy, electrical installations, heating and air conditioning upgrade.

We were also employed to provide Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services on phase 2 which involved a £450k refurbishment of the restaurant, kitchen and staff facilities.
