Hardies (formerly Allan & Hanel) were employed to provide Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment and modernisation of 36 apartments in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City in the city centres first major Build to Rent developments.
The luxury apartments are a mixture of one, two and three bedrooms and surround a spectacular atrium. Each apartment features German-engineered kitchens from Hacker, Porcelanosa tiling and contemporary hardwood flooring in the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, and luxury carpets in the bedrooms.
The development also boasts bike spaces, private underground residents’ parking and communal garden.
The entire 36-apartment complex was fully let within 6 weeks of marketing.
