Crieff Hydro

Hardies were initially asked to review the Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels to ensure all of their properties were fully compliant and had valid certification. The properties are widespread and located in the West Highlands, the Borders and Perthshire – and include Peebles Hydro, The isles of Glencoe, The Ballachulish Hotel, Kingshouse Hotel and Crieff Hydro.

Several of the individual properties and estates required Commercial Energy Performance Certificates, Section 63 Assessments, Energy Action Plans and Display Energy Certificates, and covered the main hotel buildings as well as the remote lodgings, leisure facilities, staff accommodation and domestic properties that are privately rented on the estates.
