Development of Drive -thru property for national coffee chain.

Providing multi-discipline roles in the development of the drive-thru building, leading the development and coordinating the design/project team from inception to conclusion. In additional to the main PM role Hardies also provided strategic advice to further external stakeholders including franchisee operator and funder.
