Development of Retail Park and creation of new units and conversion to create other modern retail accommodation.

Providing multi-disciplined functions in the development and conversion of the retail park, creating new and modern retail units for pre-agreed occupiers. Hardies led the development including coordinating the design/project team from inception to conclusion. In addition to the main PM role, Hardies also provided strategic advice to further external stakeholders including the new retail occupier and funder on behalf of the client.
