Hardies in house national dilapidation team provide regional experts at key office locations. Hardies help and assist on many, many cases each year working for both the landlord and tenant. Hardies offer commercial property strategic advice on all dilapidation matters. Our surveyors have undertaken lead roles in many complex dilapidation scenarios with large claim amounts apparent. We have also successfully led negotiation teams where matters have been referred to arbitration. We are also covalent in Alternative measures of loss, for example diminution in value as an alternative measure.

Our involvement includes:
1. Reviewing lease documentation.
2. Providing liability assessments.
3. Producing schedules of dilapidations and/or dilapidation responses.
