Hill of Banchory Co-op – New Build.

Hardies were responsible for the Project Management, Quantity Surveying & Principal Designer Services for the development of the site including Statutory Consents, construction of roads, parking, services infrastructure & a new build bespoke building for occupation by Co-op. The team worked closely with the Client, Architect, Engineer and end user in order to ensure the project was delivered on budget for the developer and on time & with the exact specification required for the Co-op.
