An Opportunity to join a fast growing and ambitious sustainability and energy consultancy team, that will offer full training towards industry-recognised accreditation as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor. This role would suit an individual who has a genuine interest in sustainability and energy efficiency and is seeking a route into working within the built environment.
As a trainee Non-Domestic Energy Assessor, your main duties and responsibilities will be
- • Assisting with the preparation of SBEM Calculations
- • Conducting pre and post survey investigation and research
- • Undertaking site inspections and completing Non-Domestic Energy Assessments under supervision
- • Modelling buildings using Designbuilder software
To be considered for this trainee Non-Domestic Energy Assessor role, you will ideally have:
- • 3 Highers as a minimum or HNC or HND in a construction/architecture/engineering discipline
- • Built environment or construction experience or background
- • An interest in energy efficiency and sustainability
- • A desire to extend knowledge and expertise into other areas of energy efficiency
- • A clear aptitude for learning

- • Knowledge and understanding of construction methodology
