Providing multi-disciplined roles in the development of the large retail park. Hardies led the development and coordination of the design team from inception to completion. In addition to the main PM role Hardies also provided strategic advice to further external stakeholders including retail occupier (who occupied the anchor store) and funder on behalf of the client.
