Mark O’Neill – Head of Energy

Mark joined Hardies in 2021 to head up Hardies Energy Department with a clear goal of making Hardies the ‘go to’ name for energy efficiency consultancy in the built environment. Mark is recognised as an industry leader in his field as has played a central role in encouraging Designbuilder the industry-leading software, developed tool for S63 Assessments.

Mark started his career as a Commercial Valuer before changing fields to help clients navigate energy legalisation and save them money.

Outside of work, Mark is a keen cyclist.
