Martin assumed the role of Managing Partner for Central Division in December 2021. Martin’s experience lies in Commercial Building Surveying, focusing on transactional-based work and specialising in dilapidations. Martin also undertakes larger Project Management Instructions for a number of key developer clients predominantly in the retail sector. Recently completed projects include the development of a number of retail parks and multiple roadside properties.
