This project provided a new centralised storage facility for St Andrews Links Trust together with Office Accommodation. The project brief was to incorporate sustainable technologies, where practical, into the building so the final design included a green roof system, air source heat pump, rainwater harvesting and a natural ventilation system.

This project was Highly Commended in the Design Through Innovation category at the annual RICS awards ceremony.
