New Club House

Hardies provided Quantity Surveying services for the construction of a new members’ club house for Broomieknowe Golf Club. The modern, high-specification club house is set in an idyllic location with stunning views over the golf course itself, and was designed to maximise natural light which ensures a welcoming atmosphere to all members and visitors.

Working in collaboration with the club, the design team, and the Contractor, Hardies successfully managed several challenges associated with an extensive Value Engineering process and the Covid-19 pandemic, helping to ensure that the project remained within budget throughout the construction phase..
