Paradykes Primary & Community Hub, Loanhead
Hardies managed this exciting and complex project to build a new primary school, community library, medical centre and to refurbish an existing leisure centre. The School was built to replace an existing school and the library and doctor’s surgery were demolished on completion of the work. The facility now operates as a community hub serving the local community and serves as an exemplar project for Midlothian Council in their role out of new facilities.
Hardies provided Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Principal Designer and Clerk of Works services.
