Planned Preventative Maintenance Surveys (PPM Schedules)

Hardies Building Surveyors throughout all offices have undertaken building surveys across the entire Asda portfolio (UK and N/Ireland). This is a 3 year target programme where we have been tasked to provide the client with Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules (PPM), highlighting building fabric condition with costs, based over a 10 year period. This information has greatly helped plan Major Capital Spend and Maintenance Programmes.
