Hardies (formerly Allan & Hanel) provided a full pre-contract and post-contact Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services for the alterations to and extension of two 4 storey 1930’s Art Deco residential buildings to provide 32 luxury apartments.

The works to both blocks comprised removal of existing roof structure, installation of a new storey height forming a penthouse floor level with new roof structure and covering, fit-out works and internal remodelling of existing floors (basement, ground, first and second) providing refurbished en-suite apartments.
