Hardies were appointed by Solstad Farstad to provide pre-lease advice, produce a Schedule of Condition of the property prior to occupation and negotiate the dilapidations on their previous property. Hardies were then retained to organise and project manage an internal fit-out of the new leased property and co-ordinate furniture procurement, installation & move management.
