New Headquarters Building

Hardies provided Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer Services on the construction of a new headquarters for St Andrews Link Trust. This newbuild centralises all departments within the Trust and was built to a very high specification utilising sustainable products throughout.

Works included demolition of existing building, extension of car park, formation of a services hub, construction of a new gatehouse/wayfinding area and new starters box for Balgove golf course. The Car Park and Services Hub were a means of future proofing the facilities in that area of the estate.
