Anniesland Retail Park, Improvement Works

Hardies (formerly Allan & Hanel) were employed to provide Quantity Surveying services for two phases of work at Anniesland Retail Park.

Phase 1 was for the sub-division of an existing unit to provide space for a new gym over 2 floors.
Phase 2 was for the removal of imposing steel structures to the façade of the retail units and installing modern shop fronts and entrance canopies.
