Clayton Holiday Park, New Leisure Centre

This project comprised an indoor heated swimming pool, toddler pool spa pool and sauna with associated changing facilities. It incorporates a viewing area/café, kitchen area and gymnasium. The building is constructed using a steel frame with composite profiled insulated roof covering and traditional cavity external walling with masonry internal partitions.

The outer leaf is a mixture of Denfind stone walling and smooth K-rend render finish. Internally the building is finished with good quality and robust wall and floor coverings and high specification of mechanical and electrical installation throughout.
