Colin Harrop is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor and is the Regional Partner for the England division of Hardies. Colin’s particular specialisms are in the areas of providing due diligence advice, portfolio guidance and advice concerning large transactions and complex assets. 

Colin has worked in various sectors of property and real estate including industrial, retail, housing, office, institutional and religious/ listed property assets. Colin’s work has involved assembling teams throughout the UK, Europe and across North America. Clients have sought Colin’s advice in relation to a wide range of buildings from listed lighthouses to the Top of The Pops Studio. Colin has appeared as an expert on BBC TV, has been awarded an honorary Doctorate for services to Surveying and is a media spokesman/after dinner speaker for RICS.
