David Vince joined Hardies in 2004 and was made a Partner in 2012. David has over 30 years’ experience in Building Surveying, Project Management and Principal Designer services, covering commercial, industrial, educational and residential buildings, both new build, refurbishment and professional work.

David has experience of working with multi-discipline teams on a range of complex developments and has undertaken numerous fabric repairs and developments involving both modern and historic forms of construction. David identifies his skills as the ability to analyse a problem, develop a practical solution and communicate at all levels. David is part of Hardies’ Dispute Resolution team and has undertaken the role of expert witness in a number of situations.
