Gary Ovenstone took over the role of Office Partner in St Andrews in April 2015 having been a Partner since 2013 and Team Leader of Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and Principal Designer services in the St Andrews office. Gary has over 30 years experience in the construction industry having worked in both private practice and Local Authority and has also sat on the RICS APC assessment panel. 

Gary has been involved in a variety of projects and procurement methods such as New Headquarters offices for St Andrews Links Trust, New swimming pool and leisure centre for Clayton Caravan Park and New Build Housing Development at West Burn Lane, St Andrews as well as various projects for the University of St Andrews.
