Hardies move to new Corn Exchange now imminent

Hardies Property & Construction Consultants in Dalkeith, currently based at South Street, is weeks away from its relocation to the historic Grade A Listed Dalkeith Corn Exchange, where it will set up a new administrative hub and enjoy a new state of the art internet phone system. Having been redeveloped by Melville Housing Association, who themselves are moving into the building this week, the Corn Exchange will provide an enlarged museum space for the Dalkeith History Society, a Board Room available for community meetings and events. New associate building surveyor sees Hardies Aberdeen start push

Hardies Property and Construction Consultants has appointed a new Senior Associate Building Surveyor in Aberdeen. Hardies in safe hands following health & safety audit

Hardies Property & Construction Consultants has been held up as a highly successful example of good practice in health & safety. Hardies have a busy year ahead

Edinburgh based Hardies is celebrating the start of the year with exciting new projects all over the Lothians, Fife and Tayside.  The firm, which is one of Scotland’s largest multi-discipline surveying firms with fourteen offices across the country, including its Head Office in Edinburgh, has also announced that its plan to develop new markets in Glasgow and Aberdeen is well on track. DC Thomson, Meadowside, Dundee

The project is now back up and running and well on the way towards completion by the end of 2016 following the demise of Muirfield Contracts. Hardies have overseen the appointment of Sir Robert McAlpine under a Management Contract to secure the completion of the project. FetLor Youth Club, Edinburgh

McLaughlin & Harvey have commenced the new build works to FetLor Youth Club in Edinburgh, with completion due later this year. Hardies have been working with FetLor Youth Club for a number of years to get this project off the ground.
