Paisley Town Hall Refurbishment

Hardies (formerly Allan & Hanel) were appointed to provide Quantity Surveying and CDM Services on the refurbishment and external fabric repairs to this listed building, which remained occupied throughout the works. We also provided assistance with Historic Scotland grant applications throughout the project. 

The works included extensive repair of the existing fabric, rot repairs, renewal of roof coverings, repairs to and replacement of stonework, window repairs and overhaul, and clock refurbishment as well as upgrading the entrance to be DDA compliant and the upgrade of the internal foyer and toilets.
