David Alexander joined Hardies in 2019 as an Associate having previously held similar roles in private practice and as a leading developer of student housing. David has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1999 and been involved in a wide variety of projects utilising various forms of procurement. Whilst David has a particular interest in conservation and the re-use of old buildings, he is well informed on the benefits of Modern Methods of Construction having completed a number of modular building projects for student use.

David is an active participant in design teams and brings a positive and proactive approach to managing the Quantity Surveying service delivery by the Hardies Edinburgh office.
