Hardies acted as development monitor on behalf of the lender for this exciting project which involved the construction of a new sports stand and rugby clubhouse, along with a gym and 9 Commercial & Retail units along Raeburn Place. We had to work closely with the project team and the funder to ensure we could protect the interests of our client and enable the project team to deliver such a stunning development.
