Schedules of Condition (SoC)

Hardies Building Surveying Team undertake many hundreds of Schedule of Condition reports per year for our clients. The Hardies team provide a detailed record of the building condition, supplemented by photographs for our clients for a number of reasons, including:
1. Prior to entering into a lease agreement.
2. Prior to commencement of any building work adjacent to a neighbouring site, which may
cause damage.
3. Prior to undertaking any building work and modifications within a leased property.

A well-executed Schedule of Condition document can limit the tenants potential dilapidation liability come the end of the lease period. A SoC can also greatly reduce conflict situations between landlord and tenant.
