Vinicombe Street

The project at Vinicombe Street saw the restoration of Scotland’s original garage and an A-Listed historic building. Hardies worked hard with the rest of the project team to bring this building back to life. There were significant challenges, not least in relation to the existing structure, that had to be painstakingly restored along with complex utility connections and alterations, all within a very tight city centre site. In addition to the refurbishment of the shell, Hardies co-ordinated the various tenant fit out projects on behalf of the client. Hardies provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services.
